This wool was grown by our Shetland sheep and then sent off to the mill to be processed into yarn. It is completely grown and processed in our little state of Vermont! We hand-dyed all of our own yarn, and this yarn was dyed with low-impact heavy metal-free acid dyes. This yarn is a 3-ply yarn that can be used to make everything from socks to sweaters to hats!
